This year, instead of a regular birthday celebration, I want to do one of my favorite things, rest together😍
On Saturday, June 6th at 11:00, I'll be hosting a free Deep Rest & Sound Healing session in Park HaYarkon, followed by a slow and cozy gathering in the park.
Just a chance to pause, lie down on the grass, rest, connect, meet new people, catch up with old friends, and enjoy a few hours together.🥬💐🌈
Everyone is welcome, whether you've been coming to my sessions for years, joined once, or have never experienced Deep Rest with me before.
