The Autumn Equinox marks the shift into longer nights, and with it, the beginning of what I like to think of as the dreaming season. This free circle is an invitation to pause at this seasonal threshold, reconnect with your dreams, and explore what they may be bringing into the season ahead.
We’ll begin with a short meditation and some reflections, followed by dream sharing, exploration, practical tips, and space for questions.
