Dream sharing in community is an ancient human practice.
For much of history, dreams were not held privately, but brought into the circle, listened to, and reflected on together.
When we gather regularly, something changes. Dreams begin to speak not only about our personal lives, but about shared themes, questions, and movements. We start to sense how individual dreams are also part of a collective story.
Dreaming together reminds us that we are not alone, and that inner listening is something we can practice in relationship.
The Rhythm of Each Meeting

The Dreamers Circle is for people who feel drawn to dreams, quieter states, and being part of a community.
You do not need prior experience with dreamwork. You do not need to remember dreams every night. You are welcome to share a dream, or simply listen. Listening to the dreams of others, noticing what resonates or mirrors your own inner world, is part of the practice.
The Dreamers Circle meets on Zoom
for five Tuesdays in a row.
We meet for around 1.5 hours each time.

I’m Joanna Kowalewska. I work with dreams, deep rest, breath, and sound as interconnected ways of listening inward and remembering what already lives within us.
My work grew out of a long personal relationship with dreaming and rest, and from years of study and practice in dreamwork, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and sound. This work is about slowing down, listening more clearly, and reconnecting with inner guidance.
The Dreamers Circle is part of my ongoing commitment to building spaces where rest is reclaimed, dreams are spoken aloud, and people can feel less alone in their inner experience.
