Dreaming Through Darkness

Chanukah calls our attention to light, yet the long nights of winter offer their own kind of guidance. What happens when we lean into that darkness- letting it become a dream-lit space where subtle illumination begins to arise?

This mini-retreat invites you to explore the space where our shadows and inner light meet, held in a small intimate group of up to eight people, so everyone has space to open and be heard.

We will open in a circle and create a gentle dream space, welcoming in any dream, question or curiosity that is calling. We will use vocal practices to invite physical presence, then move into a gentle flow and yin yoga practice to release tension and ground into the body. Guided writing will support reflection and clarity, followed by space to share and connect.
