Dream sharing in community is an ancient human practice.
For much of history, dreams were not held privately, but brought into the circle, listened to, and reflected on together.
When we gather regularly, something changes. Dreams begin to speak not only about our personal lives, but about shared themes, questions, and movements. We start to sense how individual dreams are also part of a collective story.
Dreaming together reminds us that we are not alone, and that inner listening is something we can practice in relationship.
The Rhythm of Each Meeting
ENTERING THE THRESHOLD SPACE
Each weekly meeting begins by slowing down. Through breathwork, guided meditation, and sound, we move into a quieter state, between waking and dreaming. This is a space where the nervous system can soften and inner listening becomes more accessible. You are invited to arrive as you are, settle, and attune to what is present.
DREAMING TOGETHER
As dreams are shared and listened to over time, a shared dream field begins to take shape. Individual dreams start to speak to one another, revealing themes, questions, and movements that live between us. In the circle, dreams are spoken without rushing to interpret or explain. We listen for resonance, allow images to linger, and make space for what wants to remain mysterious.
RIPPLE AND REMEMBERING
As we meet week after week, subtle shifts begin to unfold. Through consistent listening to dreams and inner signals, connection to inner wisdom can deepen. This remembering does not stay only with the individual. It influences how we relate and choose, quietly rippling outward into daily life, while holding both the sacred and the ordinary.

The Dreamers Circle is for people who feel drawn to dreams, quieter states, and being part of a community.
You do not need prior experience with dreamwork. You do not need to remember dreams every night. You are welcome to share a dream, or simply listen. Listening to the dreams of others, noticing what resonates or mirrors your own inner world, is part of the practice.

The Dreamers Circle meets on Zoom
once a week for six weeks in a row.
We meet for around 1.5 hours each time.

I’m Joanna Kowalewska. I work with dreams, deep rest, breath, and sound as interconnected ways of listening inward and remembering what already lives within us.
My work grew out of a long personal relationship with dreaming and rest, and from years of study and practice in dreamwork, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and sound. This work is about slowing down, listening more clearly, and reconnecting with inner guidance.
The Dreamers Circle is part of my ongoing commitment to building spaces where rest is reclaimed, dreams are spoken aloud, and people can feel less alone in their inner experience.
